Experience

Adv. Dr. Elad Peled served, inter alia, as a senior law clerk for Justice Grunis at the Supreme Court, was a Visiting Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg, and taught courses in defamation law and tort law as an Adjunct Professor at Bar-Ilan University and the University of Haifa. He published over ten academic studies, some of which have been cited in judicial decisions, including by the Supreme Court, and lectured at various academic and professional forums, including seminars for judges and law clerks. Elad joined the firm in 2015, has engaged since then with the firm’s fields of activity, and additionally handles and advises on defamation disputes.
